Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened oral care products (including whitening strips, toothpaste, and whitening pens) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will send you a free replacement as quickly as possible — no need to return the original item.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind, we're happy to accept your return as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
